Cancellation Policy

The Agreement cannot be cancelled except by mutual written consent of both the Client and Baile Entertainment. If cancellation is initiated by the Client then it must be done in writing and the booking fee of 50% that held this booking will not be refunded since other booking opportunities for this date may have been refused when Baile Entertainment accepted this contract. If cancellation is initiated within 30 days of the event, the entire fee will be due. If Client has to terminate Baile Entertainment’s services, the Client agrees to the following conditions: (1) more than 90-days but less than 120-days prior to the event date, 75% of the total fees due will be refunded, (2) more than 60- days but less than 90-days prior to the event date, 50% of the total fee will be refunded, (3) more than 30-days but less than 60-days prior to the event date, 25% of the total fee will be refunded, (4) more than 1-day but less than 31- days prior to the event date, no refund will be issued. If the Client has to terminate Baile Entertainment’s services due to extreme inclement weather, Baile Entertainment must be given a minimum of 24 hours advance notice and concur with the termination. In this circumstance, Baile Entertainment will apply the total invoiced fee of the event date toward a future event date if Baile Entertainment and Client sign a new contract within fifteen days of Client terminating Baile Entertainment’s services. Any new date requested by Client is subject to Baile Entertainment’s availability. If the contract for this new event date is terminated, no refund or event rescheduling will be permitted. This agreement shall be excused of detention of the DJ by sickness, accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, Force Majeure or any other legitimate condition beyond DJ’s control and Baile Entertainment agrees to take prudent action, circumstances permitting, to provide the Client with an alternative DJ, services, or a full refund of all payments. The Client agrees that under all circumstances, Baile Entertainment’s liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount not to exceed the performance fee. The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, assume liability for, and hold Baile Entertainment harmless from any claims, damages, losses and expenses by or to any person, regardless of the basis, which pertains or results directly or indirectly to Baile Entertainment’s performance.
